Zogeel , just some thoughts . I think you know what goes on here better than I do . I would have thought 3 cents ., would be about right . problem is you could look at it 2 ways . this is an opportunity for those who believe it will go into production to get in at the bottom .Or it's just another opportunity for the company to get some more shareholders cash.Interesting thing is the lack of support prior to the announcement of the capital raising
