noodlesom you asked how to put in a new board easy sack the existing one then promote the next three people you find walking along the street they certainly could do no worse.
to those believes on this thread who are hinting at miracles perhaps the delay is due to the fact they are having trouble getting the money or the people who want to money in want to do it to cheap. it will be interesting to see if the shareholders will take to dilution without internal changes to match
