Greenvale Energy (ASX:GRV) has extended its agreement to sell its Nagoorin and Lowmead shale oil assets in Queensland to Queensland Energy Resources by one month to 14th November 2015.
All conditions have been completed with the exception of the transfer of the MDL 234, EPM 7721 and MDL 188 tenements.
The transfer documentation has been lodged with the relevant State Government department for processing.
However, no definitive processing timelines have been provided by the department at this stage.
In June, Greenvale received a $4 million cash offer from its joint venture partner QER for its interest in the tenements.
