News: Greenvale Mining granted trading halt

    Greenvale Mining (ASX:GRV) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, with its shares placed in pre-open.

    Greenvale requested the halt pending a material transaction regarding the
    company’s assets.

    The company recently outlined that it is considering acquisitions in both the mining industry and outside.

    The halt will last until the opening of trade on Wednesday 3rd June 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
