All true but this analysis is looking backward and based on 2.5 Mtpa of pellets out of Tasmania (no need to explain China is making these!) However, China needs feedstock, and the quality of their magnetite resource is very poor - I remember posting about Chinese mines some time ago..

Hi Sharky. You are 100% right. The Southdown project has a value and that should be included in the company valuation. By a comparison with other projects I think Southdown is worth about $50m. So it has a value but its only a small part of the market capitalisation not the main game.
