I noticed the price in London increased sharply yesterday which surprised me given the requested trading halt due to capital raise. I did wander if it was because people mistakenly thought the trading halt meant the court case ruling was due. Took a chance and sold 15% of my holding in the hope of buying back cheaper.
I suspect many investors are like me and have only bought in hoping for a positive outcome in the court case and have no interest in the mining side of the company.
