I'll disagree for the sake of it. Great Relative Strength the last week or so including that volume on 7/12. Clearly (I know after the fact you can't believe me) it needed and looked like news coming. bids are good today and finally we have some positive expectation of a change step in company growth within 100 days. Depth is ok. By my chart it needs a close above 1.33 to reverse the persistent down downtrend and then the market can speculate on the cashcow this thing is and entry into the US market. Market doesn't know how to discount this stock. Cashed up anorexic trading bison that it is.
