    missed 2yr contract with Scottish last yr hasn’t had option this year
    how many times did they tell us submitting to FDA 12 months late
    recent error in product not fully detecting flu virus
    could be 9 months before FDA Asks questions on recent submission so unlikely 2024 sales
    not enough cash to go to FY 2024 at current rate
