Yeah, that’s supposedly the point and the point of validation. There is a whole combination of issues that increase the risk of a bad reaction that aren’t totally obvious - stuff like blood type for example. That way we can prioritise who gets the vaccine when/if we get a vaccine and how to better live with it if we don’t have a vaccine.
