I'm guessing that since part of its income is from traffic reports and the streets are empty of traffic, there is not much for management to report.. it's obvious to everyone that this is the result of the covid-19 lockdown...and management is right to downgrade income for the rest of the year.. will take a while for the economy to recover and traffic to flow again.. this time can't say it's management's fault.. there is a shark hanging around waiting to snatch it for .42.. if you can sit on it till next year it will recover.
