So you guys are all saying that this stock is being manipulated and that the directors are acting in an unethical way? I would have thought that they will say no to the offer. Raise the money that they want now and get our coal to port in BNU. why wast time on a bid like this one.

also GUF should be trading up to $0.15 > $0.25c range not $0.06c it here because off all the time delays. now we can move coal lets see coal move!!!! there is a test due imminently.

I'm sure all directors of GUF are interested in is making profit from the coal sales. makes GUF worth more money
