    July 27 (Reuters) - Galaxy Resources Ltd (GXY) :

    • General mining corp ltd - gxy: takeover offer unconditional (GMM)
    • Made off-market takeover bid unconditional for all of the fully paid ordinary shares in General Mining Corporation
    • Galaxy urges General Mining shareholders to accept offer to convert their shareholding in General Mining to shareholding in galaxy"
    • Conversion of shareholding at the ratio of 1.65 galaxy shares for every 1 General Mining share
