    • OROCOBRE AND GALAXY PROPOSED MERGER
    • OROCOBRE AND GALAXY AGREE TO A PROPOSED A$4B MERGER OF EQUALS
    • GALAXY SHAREHOLDERS WILL RECEIVE 0.569 OROCOBRE SHARES FOR EACH GALAXY SHARE HELD AT SCHEME RECORD DATE
    • OROCOBRE SHAREHOLDERS WILL OWN 54.2% OF FULLY DILUTED SHARE CAPITAL OF COMBINED ENTITY
    • SCHEME IS UNANIMOUSLY RECOMMENDED BY BOARD OF GALAXY
    • UNDER PROPOSED SCHEME, ROBERT HUBBARD WOULD BECOME DEPUTY CHAIRMAN
