    They already have an order book and are producing 10,000 fuel cell stacks per year in Germany and have capability to ramp that up. The other components are currently produced by local fabricators. A Chinese manufacturer is lined up for mass manufacturing BluGen components and unit assembly but the fuel cell manufacture stays in Germany. I expect they will sell 1,000s of BluGen units in 2010. After that who knows? Go Harvey Go!
