JL MAG is an international company which has global operations with long long term agreements to supply Tesla, VW, BMW, Panasonic, Bosch, Siemens, GE, just to name a few. 50% of global EV Motors come from JL MAG (Western and China).I can't see why the Australian government wouldn't remain supportive as they understand global supply chains develop over time, not over night. The recent trip to Perth by the Chinese Premier unpins the relations between the two countries.
IMO this shore's up their finance opportunities with a cornerstone investor who can see the long term value in Hastings. This is a strong endorsement for Hastings by the worlds No.1 Global supplier backing Hastings.
