I reckon this is being held down for accumulation. Load up the sell side at 2 cents and wait with open arms at 1.8 and 1.9. I think you would be a little more discrete if you were genuinely aiming to sell.
This will not be sub 2 cents for much longer IMO.
PEV is a screaming buy from me.
