    this was always the risk with them behaving badly, however you cannot imagine him doing it before getting a Yes vote. Surely they mean Friday 9am or Thursday midday and will issue a correction. The only other announcement could be that the online vote was a strong No (or I guess an overwhelming Yes but hard to imagine that)
