I'll say one thing because he's a long time miner thrift is pretty much in Murray's DNA.
Importantly the office isn't in the CBD or the usual haunts of miners haunts e.g. West Perth or Subi. So I think they get a reasonable rental rate.
Director's probably get p'd off for having to drive out to Applecross but that's not all bad.
