When did he commit to staying until Feb?
I don't actually see any communication around finding a CEO, and rather that Ms Sally Nordeen and Mr Vince Creagh who are CEOs/Divisional heads of Highcom Armour and HighCom Technology respectively have been running the divisions and reporting to Mark Stevens.
I assume that this will be similar to how it will operate with Harrison, albeit he will not be involved in the day to day.
Arguably, it would be good to have a single CEO who overseas the entirety of the company and the offering (I mean it makes sense especially in Australia if you are meeting with ADF brass to sell both divisions), and also representing the company to investors and brokers..........having said that, still better not to have an expensive (probably $300-500k) executive who doesn't have a day job if you've got skilled managers running their respective divisions.
