Did EXL allegedly mislead their shareholders and caused a buying frenzy, to when it hits its high have the CEO sell into them and make massive profits?
Probably not hence why ASX are not hitting them....
When this eventually gets to court the Dr would of made another motza in wages, expenses, admin and repaid more loans to other internal entities...
He wont care what ASX hit him with, he has probably made it and mire to cover it because of the time he has EASILY managed to push the court dates out....
Oh to be the Dr, never made profit as a company but made him a very rich man
