    How long does it take these guys to release an announcement??? It’s just a link to the judgement, what more do they they think we need to hear from them. A sorry for our incompetence would be a good start. The judge pretty much called out their incompetence for the whole world to read. The most basic functions of the board is governance of the organisation and they kept him on as CEO after they knew how bad he screwed up.
