What’s an even bigger joke is the stupid and pathetic excuse he used to defend his actions. He put the company on a path of destruction for over two years rather than just accept how pathetic he is. This should have been done and dusted years ago, but he dragged it on at the expense of the company and shareholders. Buying time to funnel money out of the company.
