Looks like the announcement from Mar 18 might have something to do with it.
Price has been smashed on minuscule volume for the last few months, then hit 14 million shares traded on Mar 10. The CEO and chairman only boosted their holdings by a couple of mil, so this new domestic fund has got in on a low base. Read into that how you like.
