Yes. Nobody should be a martyred over this.
Having said that, the money is better in the companies hands than in the hands of some shareholder trying to sell their holding and take up the offer at a cheaper price to make a fast buck, though even this is fair game.
Lets hope buyers rush in and the sp moves over the offer price. I think 5.2c will prove to be value in the long term but if you can get them cheaper then good luck to you.
