All in all, very positive. Steve leaving is sad, but his work with HGO is done. He still has a huge holding so will still have a large financial interest in HGO. I did not go to the meeting yesterday, but heard someone asked Peter if they had any interest in remaining assets. He said yes.
Previous posts from yesterday imo are very close to how I think things will go. Maximum dividends paid out to shareholders. Utilise the franking credits. After processing the stock pile (or even before) that,I think the remains will be bundled up for a possible sale if the price is right. If no sale, HGO will continue to find copper. Either way, looks positive to me.
