Indeed….this is very welcome news, well done HHR on agreeing key terms with Shell in what would have been a long and frustrating negotiation. I expect the divestment to follow soon as it would have been not able to be finalised until these key terms had been agreed (as the buyer cannot accurately value the asset without know transportation & processing tariff which would of been one of the key terms)…
So I expect divestment news to now follow within a few weeks, as I imagine it was close to ready, subject to key terms with shell being agreed.
