I don't expect RR to bail HHR out, I expect them to act in RR SH's interests. All I am saying is, in the final washup, RR is likley to be the counter-party. Given the relative sizes of HHR/RR it probably won't be a long negotiation.
I don't think that anyone else would be very interested in assuming a minority position in a JV with RR.
