So WAM took about 2/3 of yesterday's 6mill shares, giving them a total 14.54% of the vote. Still, it looks like they weren't prepared to pay a premium over NTA to pickup several hundred thousand more.
This is intriguing. Will another 1.5% of the vote be enough to push them over the line? I guess it all depends on holder apathy and who cares to exercise their vote.
It will be interesting to watch tomorrow. Would I be prepared to part with a few at a bit of a premium? Hmm.
