Just saw this news & surprised it doesn’t warrant an ASX release?
AeroVironment (HighCom is their reseller in Australia) just acquired BlueHalo - a US$4.1B market cap defence company (with US$1B revenue so clearly has top products).
As a result HighCom will now also be able to resell all BlueHalo’s products in Australia too (as well as all AeroVironment’s products - which HighCom has already sold to the ADF).
This seems like big news for HighCom & could lead to a surge in revenue?
Not to mention more evidence of M&A activity in the defence sector (also Quickstep got acquired last week for double its share price).
