I'm sorry JTang, you have a point and it is probably one you should of made with out getting defensive on Saturday morning.
The 98.8 Million Depreciation and amortisation expense, although is very much for Tax purposes is still significant.
However I still doubt very much the figure of $19/t is correct.
They are now producing 2.5wmt per quarter. The current IO price they are getting is closer to AUD$130/wmt
They expect to be producing at a rate of 12mt/a in just over six months.
10.5*130=1365mill
The Depreciation and amortisation figure increases as sum of the mines start to run down but not enough to produce a figure of any thing like $19/t if they start producing at 12mt/a at the current IO price or greater.
You still haven't told us your opinion re: a possible take over by your country men?
