    quite a few companies have gone down the factoring of recievables route .........

    its "fine" in a high margin, fast turnover business ........

    in a lower gross margin, slower turnover business .......it can reduce the availability of cash within the company........

    market will probably be "relieved" by news of no immediate cap raising .......
