    read the 3rd bullet point as this really concerns me, more smoke and mirrors to pump the SP and as normal a clear get out of jail free card avoiding any responsibility from management and BOD if the $40 mil usd doesn't happen, almost makes you think it was written by a lawyer, oh thats right the CEO of KTD sorry meant HLF is one if i remember rightly
