I have to ask, what was the difference in the asset transaction, that they should get ONLY approx 30 mill this time, versus the proposed 45 mill sale price previously ? Seems a bloody big discount to me !
Possibly some assets left out of the deal this time ? Especially when the buyer came back for a second bite, one would have thought they may have negotiated a small discount, but approx 30% ????
