Oct 3 (Reuters) - Australia's competition watchdog on Tuesday said Australian Clinical Labs' (ACL) proposed acquisition of medical centre operator Healius (HLS) would require it to divest its approved collection centres (ACCs) in Australia's Northern Territory.
