News: HML Henry Morgan Ltd updates on half-year interim dividend guidance, page-23

I wasn't very clear but I was referring to an earlier announcement (18-dec), as was Jim I understand:

Henry Morgan Limited (ASX:HML) confirms that, as stated in its Prospectus dated 5 November 2016, it is the intention of the Company to pay dividends out of available cash flows and subject to franking credits. The quantum of dividend to be paid is subject to the Board’s discretion. However, it is expected to be above 50% of net operating profit after tax.

Henry Morgan Limited was admitted to the Official List of the ASX in February 2016, and therefore has not yet been operational for a full financial year. However, the Board of the Company confirms that it is their intention to evaluate, and if cash flows allow, implement the Company’s strategy regarding payment of a dividend in the first quarter of CY2017. The Board will also consider offering a dividend reinvestment plan at that time.
