    • HAS SIGNED A HEADS OF AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE A 60 PER CENT INTEREST IN RISE ABOVE DRONE SOLUTIONS
    • HGL'S INVESTMENT WILL BE A MINIMUM OF $1.6 MILLION OVER A TWELVE MONTH PERIOD
