    June 2 (Reuters) - Hawkley Oil and Gas Ltd (HOG) :

    • Delay in completion of ukraine asset sale (HOG)
    • Working with tomeas in relation to due diligence & ukraine regulatory approval issues that have delayed completion of transaction
    • Hawkley has agreed to extend the end date for the agreement to 31 July 2016
