A bit odd that Carroll is immediately stepping down as the Chair but still on Board. It's hard to imagine being the Chair of HPR is particularly taxing and he's only in his mid 60's. This begs a few questions... Hopefully they'll be answered by a strong appointment with deep gas / oil roots, As that was a positive with King and Carroll that brought me to investing here, that after a tip from a crackingly fine fellow.
