    Do you gentlemen have a view on AGM Res 3? Seems like we're being set up for an equity raising of up to 25% of current shares and potentially at a significant discount. Considering the large amount of capital in the HRR treasury, and availability of debt financing, I wonder if such a heavy dilution is in the best interests of current shareholders. Thoughts?
