We'd better get some replacements lined up with good credentials by the looks. How do we go about this? It's a critical move, otherwise what's the point of a company with no Bod? Once we've come up with a viable team, it'd ensure a much more proactive running of the company by the current Board, in my view. In fact they should be feeling the heat now. I know it's common for Company Directors to have seats on a number of companies. Would it be possible to find some good directors in other companies and see if they'd consider taking on an HRZ directorship? The enlarged HRZ has a very promising outlook and a directorship would be much sought after, I would think. I don't mind company directors making good money, as long as they make it for us shareholders as well.
