Obviously the issue to me they are taking their shareholders for granted. A board spill might wake them up.
Graeme was lacklustre and Andrew's bright personality was missing from the room.
If Andrew is able to bring in inorganic growth through acquisition and help the recently expanded sales team to build on recent successes for organic growth like the Swiss deal, I'd be happier.
It is easy enough to add heads to a team but there can be a lag before they are productive, or learn the product and culture of the company. I have sold this type of solution to similar industry and there are very conservative people on the buying side.
It could be that costs grow faster than the profit margin on whatever revenue they can bring in.
It's a deafening silence since the AGM. Are there any other holders on HC?
