    • VHA AND TPG TELECOM REMAIN COMMITTED TO PROPOSED MERGER ; WILL FILE LEGAL ACTION IN RESPONSE TO ACCC DECISION
    • LEGAL ACTION WILL INVOLVE SEEKING DECLARATORY RELIEF FROM FEDERAL COURT
    • VHA AND TPG TELECOM HAVE AGREED TO EXTEND TERM OF SCHEME DOCUMENTS TO 31 AUGUST 2020
