assuming markets behave I think more capital growth left in this one. I think they can get to 10per cent market share in next 4 years from 5 today. Huge operational leverage and tail wind with rising interest rates. Very profitable business and expect divs per share to double in next 3 years which as you point out may not be great ona yield basis but will add nicely to TSR.
Main historical competitors are distracted ie Insignia bringing 3 companies into one and AMP bit of a basket case.
For me continuing to ride a winner and believe there is plenty left in the tank.
