Dec 20 (Reuters) - Australian buy now, pay later (BNPL) company Humm Group Ltd (HUM) said on Monday it had received takeover approaches and it plans on engaging further.
The relatively smaller BNPL firm, which has a market value of around A$360 million ($256.28 million), did not name the parties that made the approaches, but said it believes its "shares are undervalued by recent trading prices." ($1 = 1.4047 Australian dollars)
