About time she moved on. For all her efforts, the market has not rewarded shareholders (and has actually gone the other way). We should be well past the peak impact of Covid by now - in fact, Covid and the associated policy responses all over have massively boosted retail in general, so any excuses tied to that won't fly anymore.
Not sure about the CEO-in-waiting though.
