Grimshaw seems to be the right guy Humm needs right now, he has a good track record in
CBA loss making unit- was given 3 yrs but turned it around in 2 yrs;
BOQ- Joined when SP was the lowest and in 3 yrs the SP was all time high (I am willing to settle for HUMM to reach its all time high of $5+ ..dyor)
and EZCorp- he got $48m bonus.....must have done something right.
Vs
RJ - I cannot recall any achievements in Proposa, Lavender, ME Bank or HUMM (Could not achieve her bonus shares at SP of $2, @.25 and $4.5.
RJ would have been under pressure that even after 5yrs the SP went south, even though she was paid 1.5m+ in salary, highest in bnpl CEO's, so probably left for good.
