unfortunately devalued the return for the business and shareholders by cutting away most of the knowledgeable senior staff ealy in her tenure. My direct experience was unaccepting of guidance from very experience people if it didn't match 'the plan'. Experience was as a brand marketer having never really worked in or run a consumer/commercial finance
business as most of Prosper tenure was on mat leave. Certainly knew how to spin a story and paint pretty brand pictures but there was no substance behind the strategy that we have waited 3 years to see come to fruition, not. Ego wont allow to hang around after a poorly executed strategy and dissolved deal, surely the last hurrah i would say.
