how do you know there was a break penalty? It was always a non exclusive deal?
Anyway this debacle has cost us millions - all the lawyer fees and consultant fees etc etc and now the fun will start with the share price…. I haven’t got the guts to sell and look to buy back cheaper, although I might have if we hadn’t sunk so much yesterday on the rumour.
