    Aug 6 (Reuters) - Australian Huon Aquaculture Group Ltd (HUO) on Friday said the world's largest meatpacker JBS SA JBSS3.SA will buy the salmon farmer in an all-cash deal for A$425 million ($314.12 million).

    The cash consideration of A$3.85 per share represents a 38% premium over the closing price of Huon shares on Friday, the last trading day before the deal announcement.
