For an asset like this unless privately owned locally, Foreign ownership should be capped at 30-40% (China or not) collectively and should be on the ASX.

This is still undervalued, if the market cap of TGR is $764M, is the market cap $300M only for HUO.
I think it is worth much more, at least $400 to $500M in the future 2 to 3 years.
